    A quick message from the owners.

    Peaceful location near parks. Quiet friendly neighbours always ready to lend a helping hand.

    Perfect home for a family with school age kids, or a couple wanting to host relatives & friends visiting from interstate or overseas.

    We designed the house with large, separate living areas so that parents have a quiet haven in the Lounge/dining area at the front of the house, and this is quite separate from the large rumpus room and kids bedrooms at the other end of the house.

    In later years the rear bedrooms and rumpus room provided a comfortable separate area for relatives & friends to stay over when visiting from Canada and the UK.

    Our design also included loads of storage space. Every bedroom has a large Built in Robes, there’s a large pantry and linen cupboard. The double garage was extended out to include space for bikes and surfboards etc and a workbench and tools, still leaving plenty of room for 2 cars.

    The wide frontage can accommodate a Boat, Caravan or Trailer parking area next to the garage still leaving the main driveway clear for everyday access to the garage.

    In summary, this house has plenty of space for everyone. It’s been a really happy house to live in, with lots of fond memories.
